An unknown hacker has implanted a virus using real data into the World Bank website. Websense Security Labs discovered the new Trojan Horse virus and said that the hacker had captured names and e-mail addresses from the contact pages of the bank’s website.

“The web attacker spoofed a working individual at the World Bank and hacked an important bank report,” Venkatesh Swaminathan, regional sales manager, Websense Security Labs, said.

A further check of the entire hacking exercise by Websense revealed that the hacked report pertained to a three-year Country Partnership Strategy (CPS) report on Bulgaria’s achievements over the last eight years, the surveillance roles played by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the European Union’s (EU) Stability and Growth Pact upon Bulgaria’s EU accession.

Now, Can i say if World Bank which will be having high security can be hacked then how easy it will be to hack our bank and money transaction accounts I am really scared after seeing this and thinking How safe is our accounts Online ???

The Bombay Stock Exchange’s main index SENSEX roared to 20000 to begin this week with a relentless strength and closed at 19977.67 with a gains of 734.50 Points and NIFTY closed at 5905.90 with gains of 203.60 Points. The strength was seen coming from all sectors. The Asian Market cues were motivating the Indian Markets to rise and rise and the peer Asian indexes to close in Green with gains of 1% to 3%.

This made Mukesh Ambani the Richest person on Earth who is valued at Rs:2,49,000 Crores which includes Rs:2,10,000 Crores from RIL (50.98% Stake), Rs:37,000 Crores from RPL (37.5%) and Rs:2,100 Crores from RIIL (46.23%)

The top 6 stocks contributed 90% to the latest 1000 point rally from 19000 to 20000 and L&T and ICICI Bank were top among it contributing 50% of the last 1000 Point rally. The star performers among the large caps were L&T, SIEMENS, RPL, BHEL, HDFC, HDFC Bank and BHEL to mention a few. About 1700 shares were Advanced, 1288 shares were Declined and 70 were Unchanged.

The Internet’s God GOOGLE the Big “G” came with a blasting Q3 results after the stock prices on NASDAQ rose above $600 per share not even 10 days back, Google has crossed its expected results by declaring the profits at $1.07 Billion in the third Quarter of 2007, a 43% increase in the income over $733.3 Million earned durinf the same period in 2006. The Sales have risen remarkably to 57% to $4.23 Billion.

The company is attributing the overall rise to the increasing profitability of Search Advertisements which is popularly known as “Adsense”. The Google’s stock “GOOG” has settled to about $639 after the results were announced.

Yahoo the rival of Google recently reported a 12% increase in the revenue, which hasn’t fared as well in terms of profits, which fell 5% to $151.3 Million in Q3.

What a day it was in the Indian Stock Markets, The most awaited 18k is one of the fastest milestone in the history of Sensex & atlast done today, The benchmark indices today outperformed the broader markets.After a dull start victory came in with Sexsex hitting the 18000 mark today. This came in as surprise after the news that UPA, Left to meet again on US Nuke Deal on October 22.

Sensex saw gains of 1000 points from the day’s low with the backdrop of political uncertainty. It was absolute heady for the Bulls making Biggest intra day gains. Despite all the political problems which markets seems to be have ignored & making new records by not just touching new highs but has registered some record gains on record turnover.

The Sensex took just 8 Trading session to move from 17000 to 18000. The major contributors to this rally were RIL with 185 Points, Infosys with 152 Points, L&T with 103 Points, REL with 104Points, Tata Steel with 42 Points, Reliance Communication with 93 Points, Bharti (Airtel) with 69 Points, BHEL with 59 Points, NTPC with 39 Points & Satyam with 33 Points. To a shocking fact The Top Five Stocks have contributed 60% to the rally from 17000 to 18000 & the FII’s have invested a whopping 3.54 Billion US$ in the cash segment.

It is produced by the Vertu and has been named as “Ascent Ferrari 60″ to celebrate 60th Anniversary of Ferrari & the phone is said to be inspired by the Sport Cars especially the Formula1 Cars offering some outrageously cool technology or perhaps would utilize some rare, exotic materials in the creation of this exclusive phone. But dont u think it is highly priced ??? Not really as it marks the 60th Anniversary of the World’s Top Formula1 Team and it has an all-titanium shell.

“We worked very closely to develop this limited edition of 60 phones. Detailing on the phone is inspired by detailing on a number of Ferrari cars,” said Vertu spokeswoman Elizabeth Maragh.

Nokia and other cellphone manufacturers are increasingly teaming up with designers. Earlier this week Italian designer Giorgio Armani joined forces with Samsung Electronics to design a television and a mobile phone.

This is my first post on my Personal Blog…

I am going to Bengaluru aka Bangalore tomorrow @ 6am to see the One Day International Cricket match which will start at 2:30PM IST & u cant really cant imagine how mucexcited I am, this is the first time i will be watching a Cricket match in Stadium this match will be hosted in the Bangalore International Chinnaswamy Stadium & India will be playing against the world leaders in ODI Cricket Australia (India stands 6th as of now) & I have great hope for India to win as Indian team is in full form after the take over of captain ship by M.S.Dhoni. who is a real leader & got our country the 20:20 World Cup couple of days back, & the young Indian team is sooo cool that they have good chances of winning the match but but but…, not to forget the Australians will be striving to take the revenge against the defeat to them by young unexperienced Indian’s led by unexperienced but skilled captain (Mahendra.Singh.Dhoni) but then also I hope for the best th at India wins & am gonna watch cricket match in the stadium for the first time to cheer my Team INDIA & Hope they win and I Enjoy a lot.. & not to forget i got this opportunity because of my sweet small bro who lives in Bangalore who arranged for the tickets for me… Thanks Mr.Bhush.
