The Bombay Stock Exchange’s main index SENSEX roared to 20000 to begin this week with a relentless strength and closed at 19977.67 with a gains of 734.50 Points and NIFTY closed at 5905.90 with gains of 203.60 Points. The strength was seen coming from all sectors. The Asian Market cues were motivating the Indian Markets to rise and rise and the peer Asian indexes to close in Green with gains of 1% to 3%.

This made Mukesh Ambani the Richest person on Earth who is valued at Rs:2,49,000 Crores which includes Rs:2,10,000 Crores from RIL (50.98% Stake), Rs:37,000 Crores from RPL (37.5%) and Rs:2,100 Crores from RIIL (46.23%)

The top 6 stocks contributed 90% to the latest 1000 point rally from 19000 to 20000 and L&T and ICICI Bank were top among it contributing 50% of the last 1000 Point rally. The star performers among the large caps were L&T, SIEMENS, RPL, BHEL, HDFC, HDFC Bank and BHEL to mention a few. About 1700 shares were Advanced, 1288 shares were Declined and 70 were Unchanged.

The Internet’s God GOOGLE the Big “G” came with a blasting Q3 results after the stock prices on NASDAQ rose above $600 per share not even 10 days back, Google has crossed its expected results by declaring the profits at $1.07 Billion in the third Quarter of 2007, a 43% increase in the income over $733.3 Million earned durinf the same period in 2006. The Sales have risen remarkably to 57% to $4.23 Billion.

The company is attributing the overall rise to the increasing profitability of Search Advertisements which is popularly known as “Adsense”. The Google’s stock “GOOG” has settled to about $639 after the results were announced.

Yahoo the rival of Google recently reported a 12% increase in the revenue, which hasn’t fared as well in terms of profits, which fell 5% to $151.3 Million in Q3.

What a day it was in the Indian Stock Markets, The most awaited 18k is one of the fastest milestone in the history of Sensex & atlast done today, The benchmark indices today outperformed the broader markets.After a dull start victory came in with Sexsex hitting the 18000 mark today. To a shocking fact The Top Five Stocks have contributed 60% to the rally from 17000 to 18000 & the FII’s have invested a whopping 3.54 Billion US$ in the cash segment.

The Luxury unit of Nokia with the assistance of Ferrari have designed a Mobile Phone for it’s Freaks & It will cost a whopping 25000$ Yes, you read it right it is Twenty Five Thousand U.S.Dollars Only. It is produced by the Vertu and has been named as “Ascent Ferrari 60″ to celebrate 60th Anniversary of Ferrari & the phone is said to be inspired by the Sport Cars especially the Formula1 Cars offering some outrageously cool technology or perhaps would utilize some rare, exotic materials in the creation of this exclusive phone. But dont u think it is highly priced ??? Not really as it marks the 60th Anniversary of the World’s Top Formula1 Team and it has an all-titanium shell.

“We worked very closely to develop this limited edition of 60 phones. Detailing on the phone is inspired by detailing on a number of Ferrari cars,” said Vertu spokeswoman Elizabeth Maragh.

Nokia and other cellphone manufacturers are increasingly teaming up with designers. Earlier this week Italian designer Giorgio Armani joined forces with Samsung Electronics to design a television and a mobile phone.

Designers Dolce & Gabbana have teamed up with Motorola for a gold-colored version of the RAZR mobile phone model and Prada has developed a phone with South Korea’s LG Electronics.
